What’s the cancellation policy if I change my plans?
Yes, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late arrivals can still have their session but please arrive on time to get the most out of your experience.

Can I bring food and drink into the bathing area?
Food and drink are not permitted in the pools for hygiene reasons. Tides Café & Bar is located on site and offers a range of refreshments in a coastal setting.
